Let's take a swim and see how Stryke Force performed this past weekend at the St. Joseph District Competition, their first competition of the 2025 season!

Stryke Force competed at the St. Joseph District Competition this past weekend and had a blast debuting our robot for the 2025 season, Depth Charge. When the team completed qualification matches, we were ranked 1st out of 39 total teams with a match record of 11-1-0. Our many successes in qualification matches earned our team the title of captain of Alliance 1. We asked Team 3620, Average Joes, the host team of this event, to join our alliance with Team 7210, RoboJackets. During our elimination matches, our alliance needed a substitute robot to fill in, so we also recruited Team 6588, Counter-Torque Robotics, to help us out. We soared our way through elimination matches, only losing one finals match, to come out on top of the competition and take home the blue banner!
A big thank you again to team 3620, Average Joes for hosting and making this district event possible!

Not only were we awarded with being the St. Joseph District Event winner, but we also had the opportunity to recognize two of our students for the Dean's List Award. The award recognizes the leadership and dedication of two eleventh-grade students. It also highlights those who are committed to the FIRST core values, who actively promote FIRST, and showcase strong technical skills while contributing to their team. Our mentors nominated two team members, Aleks L. and Isabel S. Congratulations to Albert P. from Team 3620 Average Joes for becoming a FIRST Dean's List District Championship finalist!
We also had our grand robot reveal of our 2025 season robot, Depth Charge! Be sure to check out our robot teaser and reveal out on our social media pages @2767strykeforce, or feel free to watch the robot teaser and reveal below!
Stryke Force dives in to competition again next at the West Michigan District on March 20-22. Make sure to tune into Twitch to see the competition live and see how we perform!
