2025 Seniors
Let's learn a little more about the Stryke Force class of 2025.

Lizzy R.

Collin:
This is Collin's 5th year on Stryke Force. He is a member of the Build and CAD teams and is also a member of our pit crew. His favorite part about his time on the team was getting to use tools and his hands to solve problems. Additionally, he shared that his time on Stryke Force has taught him many new skills and how to work well with others. Collin currently attends Delton Kellogg High School and after he graduates this spring he plans to pursue a career as a commercial pilot.
Layla:
Layla has participated in robotics for 9 years. She is the Build team student leader and is this years Pit crew lead. The most valuable lesson she learned during her time at Stryke Force is "to speak up for myself and my ideas, and to be a team leader." Layla is currently homeschooled and after high school she plans to earn her associates degree at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and then move to a 4 year university to pursue a career in electrical engineering.
Tyler:
Tyler has been a member of Stryke Force for 3 years. He is a part of the CAD team and has been our main driver for two years. His favorite part of being a member of Stryke Force is getting to drive the robot. Currently, Tyler attends Portage Central High School. After graduating high school he will to attend Michigan State University to study Mechanical Engineering.
Olivia:
Olivia has been a member of a FIRST robotics program for 7 years. She is a part of the business team and is this year's student leader. Her favorite part of Stryke Force is the scouting meetings at competitions. Olivia currently attends South Haven High School and Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC) as a middle college student. This means she will spend one more year at KVCC after high school and earn her associate's degree. After receiving her degree, she plans to pursue a career in health sciences. The biggest life lesson Olivia has learned during her time at Stryke Force is the importance of networking for success.
Miles:
Miles has been involved in FIRST robotics for 7 years. He is this year's scouting team lead but has also been involved in the programming team during his time at Stryke Force. Miles said one of the most valuable lessons he has learning during his time at Stryke Force is that it is not a bad thing to ask for help. Miles is currently a student at Portage Northern High School and once he graduates he plans to attend Haverford College.
David:
David joined robotics his sophomore year of high school. He is a member of the programming team and is this year's programming student leader and our team's technician. His favorite memory from his time at Stryke Force was stealing algae in autonomous during worlds this year. David is currently a student at Portage Northern High School and KAMSC. Next year he will attend the University of Michigan and plans to pursue a career in Computer Engineering.
Isaac:
Isaac has been a member of Stryke Force for six years. He is a member of a programing team and is a senior at Hackett Catholic Prep High School.
Lizzy:
Lizzy has been a member of a FIRST robotics team for 7 years and is a member of the business team. She was also the business team student leader her sophomore and junior years. Her favorite Stryke Force memories are attending "RoboProm" as a team at Worlds each year. Lizzy currently attends Portage Northern High School and after graduation, she will be attending the University of Michigan Stephen Ross School of Business and studying Business Administration.
Trey:
Trey joined Stryke Force this year and is a member of the Build and CAD teams. His favorite part about Stryke Force is seeing the robot come together, knowing he contributed to it. Trey attends Sturgis High School, and after he graduates, he will attend Michigan Technological University to study Computer Engineering and then pursue a career in computer engineering. Trey's favorite robotics memory was winning the State Championship this year.
Beth:
Beth as been a member of Stryke Force all 4 years of high school. She is a member of the build team and shared that her favorite part of Stryke Force is the people and the friendships with other team members. Beth is homeschooled and after high school she plans to attend a university and pursue a career in music therapy. Beth's favorite FRC game was Rapid React in 2022.
